Tasting Notes: Reddish tinge with a garnet shadow. Intense and
complex taste, rich and spicy floral notes. Velvet vanilla
tones from the oak barrel ageing. Complex in the mouth,
structured body, strong and rich tannins, good spicy
notes and slight florals. It ends rich and persistent.
Ageing Potencial: From the organoleptic properties i tis expected a very
positive bottled aging during the next 7 years.
Servig Sugestions: Decant 5 minutes prior, for the wine to airify. Serve at
around 16-17ºC (60.8-62.6ºF). Unfiltered wine, it can
presente a slight natural deposit.
