Grapes: Touriga Nacional aged in new french oak barrels; Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz aged in new american oak barrels. Fermentation occured in small stainless steel tanks, with subsequent maceration for 20 days.

Perfect food pairing: Bold flavoured meats (e.g. red meats, such as picanha)
Tasting notes: A beautiful ruby-coloured red that leaves a consistent tear in the glass. Rounded, it's an acidic medium-bodied wine with firm, but gentle tannins and long finish; one can taste and/or smell notes of red plum, tobacco and spices.
