Tasting Notes: Ruby color with a clean look. Aroma of red fruit surrounded by spices and notes of wild fruit and vegetables transmitting freshness, well paired with French oak wood. In the mouth it is structured, balanced with polished tannins. Long aftertaste with hints of cocoa and wild fruits.
Production Technology: Fermentation in places with foot treading and controlled temperature. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels
Service Suggestion: Red meats and other well-seasoned meat dishes. It should be decanted and served at a temperature between 16°/18°C
